Dancing in my Apron!
Last night Jenny hosted Ladies Night and this was the appetizer platter I took. I got the recipes from Bethenny Frankel's "Skinnygirl" Diet Tips page. The platter includes Crab Salad & Chicken Salad in Endive Leaves, Antipasto Salad (store bought from The Fresh Market), English Cucumbers with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, and a little Italian Parsley for garnish.
